Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why are car dealerships considered "essential businesses"?

A: Per State guidelines, Automotive Sales and Service Departments are operational because they provide necessary services to other businesses and citizens during a pandemic like COVID-19. Businesses, for example, that deliver medical supplies to area hospitals and clinics, as well as food products to grocery stores and local restaurants depend on transportation. Also, dealerships offer solutions for essential workers who experience a "total vehicle loss" or need vehicle repairs following an accident.

Vaden Automotive has taken every precaution to ensure the safety of our customers and employees with measures like "Health & Safety" stops and floor tape to designate safe distancing within our showrooms and service areas. We have also limited our staff and consumer engagements to the current guidelines for gatherings.

Q: Are you open?

A: Yes, we are currently operating under normal business hours under the health & safety protocols recommended by the CDC and the state regulations.

Q: How do I purchase a new/used vehicle at this time?

A: In this time of social distancing, we encourage you to utilize our online chat features and shopping tools or call the dealership so we can assist you with your automotive needs. We welcome you to visit in-person if you wish, but if you prefer to stay home, we have created our Vaden2Go program, which allows us to bring the dealership to you. Vaden2Go makes it possible to shop, determine your trade value, research finance options, complete paperwork and purchase your vehicle from the comfort of your own home.

Q: What do I do if I need to return my lease vehicle?

A: Lease extensions and deferred payments are being provided by certain lenders. We suggest consulting with your lease provider for all available options. Contact us via phone or chat service if you are looking to move into a new or pre-owned vehicle, or you need to turn-in your vehicle at the end of your lease.

Q: Can I order a vehicle online

A: Yes! With our Vaden2Go program, we bring the dealership to you! Shop online, chat with one of our Sales Consultants, explore finance and trade options and even finalize all the necessary paperwork.  We are equipped to handle your every need without you ever leaving the comfort of your home. We will even deliver the vehicle to you for a test drive before you sign on the dotted line.

Q: Are you open?

A: Yes, we are currently operating under normal business hours, and within all health & safety guidelines recommended by the CDC and the state regulations currently in place.

Q: What do I do if I need service on my vehicle?

A: Give us a call or schedule your service appointment online. We are prepared to receive vehicles contact-free with options like remote check-in. To maintain proper social distancing, we're also using table barriers between customers and Service Advisors when a conversation is required.

Q: Do you provide pick-up and drop-off for service appointments?

A: We will make every effort to make it convenient and easy for you to service your vehicle with us. Please call us if you need pick-up or delivery for your vehicle.
